What Comes Next?

As we hit mid-October and the growing possibility of frost in the near future, we’re getting asked frequently about what comes next for PFG.  Will we have anything after frost?  When will we stop taking orders for the season?  Don’t fret!  We’re not even close to done!

We should be enjoying dahlias for a few more weeks.  If frost holds off, we’ll also have lots of zinnias, cosmos, marigolds and amaranth in late October.  Then in early November, you’ll start seeing our heirloom mum offerings, which are really fun and different from the boring spray mums you see at other wholesalers.  We anticipate having mums and other late autumn goodies like dried flowers, ornamental cabbage, stock, snapdragons, lilies, and eucalyptus for Thanksgiving.

After Thanksgiving, we’re hoping to stay open through the first week of December to offer curly willow branches, winter berry, potted bulbs for forcing, and a few other goodies that you can use in holiday orders.
