In our quest to reduce waste and the overall carbon footprint of the floral industry (at least here in Philly), we’re now offering a limited line of hard good rentals to existing wholesale customers.  Harlow stands, lanterns, large urns/vases, and the mechanics for a 60″ floral chandelier.  View the catalog at the link below.  See something you could use?  Email us at info@philadelphiafloralguild.com with the date(s) you need them and we’ll let you know if they’re available and the rental fee.

How it works:

  • Email us to see if your desired item(s) are available for your date(s).
  • If the item(s) are available for your date, we invoice you for the rental fee as well as a security deposit.  A card must be on file for the security deposit prior to pick-up of the item(s).
  • Rental items are picked up from our Hub on the Thursday or Friday before your event.  Delivery is not available for rental items.
  • Rental items must be returned on Tuesday or Wednesday the following week so that we have them back for the next florist who is renting them.
  • Rental items must be returned on time in the same condition they were rented, cleaned and without damage.  Items that are returned otherwise or that are not returned on time will be charged the full security deposit of the item(s) missing or damaged.

Please note:  hard good rentals are only available to existing wholesale floral customers.  Rentals are not available for DIY events.
