Introducing Standing Order Agreements through Philadelphia Floral Guild

- Are you juggling a lot of priorities that make it hard to look at our inventory early in our order window?
- Do you feel like you’re missing out on some products you know were likely available but are sold out by the time you get a chance to order?
- Do you wish someone could just take some of the workload off your plate?
If you’re shaking your head yes to the above, then standing order agreements are for you!
So what exactly are standing order agreements? Simply put, they are a type of subscription. A standing order agreement allows PFG to curate orders for you on a regular basis without you having to do anything other than fill out an initial form. Once the agreement is in place, PFG will automatically fill the order week after week, selecting product for you that meets your pre-set specifications. It’s like having a personal shopper for flowers!
Selection
You can choose from four subscription options when setting up a standing order.
- Foliage
- Filler
- Focal
- Mixed (a little bit of everything)
You can also tell us your general color preferences. For example, primary/bold versus pastels. We may not be able to hit the mark perfectly every week, but we definitely want you to be pleased with the selection and colors!
Budget
When you set up your standing order, you’ll let us know your budget. We ask that you give us a range (i.e. $200-$225) as product costs vary week to week. The minimum weekly budget for standing orders is $100.
Duration
When you set up your standing order, you can specify the desired duration. Six weeks is the minimum. Those that choose to do 12 weeks or longer will receive a five percent discount on their standing orders.
If you know your shop or studio will be closed for a week during your standing order duration, you can alert us at least two weeks in advance and we’ll put your order on pause for up to a month.
Cancelation
If you find you no longer need the standing order, we require two weeks written notice to cancel your standing order.
Standing order agreements make getting local flowers from PFG incredibly convenient. And they get priority in our fulfillment process. Do you keep missing out on cosmos each week because you don’t have the bandwidth to hop on right away when our inventory goes live? With a standing order, we will have already pulled cosmos for you before the shop even opens!
